Okay, BMW is in the name, and so is Ducati. So you know it's going to hurt walking in the door. I understand I bought a very nice motorcycle. Wonderful staff. Great owners. They were a little taken back by my queerness at first since I'm pretty fluid?! flexible? Anyway after some blinking eyes everybody was cool. This is probably my favorite shop I've ever been to. I had an excellent buying experience at Gateway. As an out of state buyer, I really appreciated the transparent pricing (no surprises or hidden fees) and excellent communication. There was no sales pressure and no hassle - just good customer service. Jon made the buying process effortless, and Jeff was very helpful in answering my technical questions. I traveled seven hours to pick up the bike, and they had it ready and waiting for me. Highly recommend.
If you are looking to buy a BMW motorcycle then Gateway is the place you need to go. Every member of the staff rides a motorcycle of some kind. They know BMW motorcycles and can answer your questions. They have a huge selection of both new and used machines. Purchasing is a pleasant experience and fun. Not many dealerships of any kind can you say that about! I had an excellent experience working with Jon and staff on the purchase of a new Royal Enfield Continental cafe racer. I showed up in the middle of their big Xmas party and Jon took the time to work with me. Very happy with the deal too! Great people, and the facility is fantastic!
