Having a backround in automotive service and parts sales, I know when an organization is showing genuine care for the customer. While I have a dealer/service department 3 miles from home (Hermy's is 60+ miles) I decided to call and email to arrange a service appointment. Outstanding! I use Hermy's for OEM parts on my 2014 Daytona 675r. Parts are usually available and if they aren't they keep you informed on the timetable until they have it. I live fairly close so shipping is free which is another benefit. The only issue I have is the website for parts is sketchy sometimes. It's best to just search by part number if you can find it. I will continue to use them for as long as my bike lives. Keep up the great work and customer service!
Absolutely excellent buying experience from Hermy's. I had a frustrating search for a motorcycle that fit my needs, Hermy's came to the rescue with a brand new leftover 2016 Triumph Street Triple R. Where others wanted well over the value, Hermy's had no nonsense pricing out the door with no hidden fees that added $1500 to the out the door price.
