Great facility! Service area run by BMW Master mechanic Jeff, service writer Doug is superior. They worked on my 2009 K1200LT over the winter and it is riding better than it has in years. Wonderful parts dept, they have shipped me parts. Then there's the sales, well Chuck is the guy that sold me said K-bike 13 years ago and I have blamed him ever since. Great staff all around. Kirk has gone over and above picking my bike up in Indianapolis if needed. Beautiful and unique building in Middletown, OH. Check em out.
The sales team here is amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Chuck throughout the process of purchasing a BMW G310R from out of state. I could not find one of these bikes in Texas and there was a premium and long wait time to get one new from the manufacturer, locally. Chuck worked with me to ensure there weren't any closer options near by, dealt with all of my questions, handled the shipping craziness, and even sent the manuals and warranty booklets with notes and earmarked pages.
