I've been going to Mountain Peaks for more than 15 years. Best care I've ever had. The staff is always professional and courteous; Dr Durrans and his PAs are the absolute best!!

Dr. Durrans, Josh, and Blake are all excellent care-givers! Our family has gone to Mountain Peaks Family Practice for many years because they care and do everything they can to keep us healthy. We feel listened to and supported!

I have been going to Mountain Peaks Family Practice for years. The service I get from Dr. Durrans, Josh Arnold, Blake Rapier their nurses and staff is Remarkable! They listen and truly care.

First off I love the medical staff at this office. They are great! If Blake would come back that would be the best. We were told after going to their clinic for more than 10 years that they did not accept Medicare..why? Probably because their incompetent billing staff wouldn't be able to figure it out. The front office staff are the coldest rudest people I have encountered in a medical setting. Dr. Durrans needs to figure this out. I think it turns a lot of people away..
I had the worst most shocking Dr's office experience of my life last week at Mountain Peaks Family Practice. After a misunderstanding with Michelle over the phone about my insurance, while trying to schedule an appointment for a physical, I was put on hold multiple times and spoke to mutliple people with no resolution to the misunderstanding. I've never been nervous to see a doctor but while being in the waiting room I had a ant crawling up my leg. Gross. especially because I was there for my well woman's check. Then I had to go back several times for blood work then sent to the hospital to have it done. been waiting 2 weeks. I called them no information to be found and the person I see won't be in until tomorrow. When I do get a call back they don't even have the right information and i'm told they have to call again for the 3rd time to get it. Frustrating n... read more
