Wonderful stay going back in June. There is nothing I could ever complain about. Everything was FANTASTIC!

Pleasant Room had bare minimum. No drinking cups for water, no ice bucket, no kleenex, floor was dirty The location & staff

The events in Warm Springs, GA are what brought me to the city and the excursion I took lived up . The room had lady bugs crawling in the ceiling every day I was in the room. My bathroom tub wall had black mold growing thru the paint on the wall. MUST BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY. Staff was very attentive, kind and warm. Property views were rustic and beautiful. I would like to visit in the spring/summer to see more greenery and visit the pool area.

Overall great. Staff was very accommodating and nice. Location was great as well. The uncarpeted floor meant a lot of sand on the floor especially during the rainy weather. Our socks/feet got really dirty. Need to have a rug or some carpet in the room and a broom/dustpan to be able to sweep. The location was amazing. The view was nice -the weather hindered the complete enjoyment.

I would recommend stay to friends for a brief mountain scenic visit (1) Condensation (moisture) on bathroom floor. Build-up seemingly occurred when bathroom in neighboring unit used. (2) Expected more…amenities wise (no fitness center or seasonal recreation options). (3) Minor issues with room: few ants, webs in microwave/ fridge storage unit, no tissue roll holder, Do Not Disturb sign missing, bathroom door very nice but not practical for bathroom… no lock, limits use of nearby electrical outlet, roller easily slips off coa... read more
