Great location and will consider staying here again. The room and bedding were clean, but the bathroom in and around the toilet needed sanitizing. We spoke to the front desk personnel about this, and they did clean the bathroom, which helped, but did not completely remedy the urine odor around the toilet. That area needs a deep sanitizing. We would stay here again because everything else was clean. I'm just very sensitive to odors, and this did hamper our enjoyment a bit. Wonderful few day getaway for our family close to Callaway Gardens. Need bigger trash can. A mirror in the bathroom would be nice. We would have liked access to a hot tub. The beds were comfortable. The skylight was nice. The big windows were beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. The shower was very spacious. We enjoyed the pool as well.

Exceptional Would like to see the pool stay open alittle longer. The location was very peaceful a good place to get away and just relax.

Cozy room in the clouds and a great location for visiting Warm Springs. The towels were a bit thin - would have preferred something more substantial. Would have liked to know in advance what floor of the lodge our room was in so could assess potential view from porch. We could hear foot steps in the room above - sounded like elephants. Pleasant There wasn’t a grill that could be used as advertised and no spa as advertised. The view was beautiful and the room was clean.

We have multiple public grills throughout our property convenient to all lodging areas and would have been happy to direct you to one should you have asked. We have individual rooms that can be rented with jetted tubs as well as cabins with jetted tubs and/or hot tubs. We do not advertise a public hot tub or spa. Loved the room and views. Just no place close to a restaurant or bar that u don’t have to drive up o No place to eat on property Great place but u can not go to a restaurant within 35 minutes. Should offer something on the property.
