Retired couple short getaway. We had to check in late and it was very dark and a bit scary. More or better lighting would help. It was close to attractions, Callaway Gardens and the Little White House. There was some very good restaurants and antique stores as well.

Nice enough for a 1-night stay, likely not for longer than that No ice/vending on property, room heavily deoderized, room small so bathroom seemed to lack privacy Location/views, bed (queen + twin), porch with rockers, short drive to both Pine Mtn and Warm Springs

Good location but a few small issues with the room. Only 3 paper cups supplied daily for coffee. Same cups had to be used for water or any other drink also.Plugs for sink and bath didn’t retain the water in the bowl or bath. Noise from rooms above when clients walking around and using a jetted tub was loud . We knew that there was no facility for food on the premises so took our own but this is not clear from the website. Location was good for local exploring , views and peacefulness.Water was hot and towels were plentiful. ... read more

Pleasant The parking. You had to walk down some steps to get from the parking lot to the room. There were no rails and the steps were made of uneven concrete. The door knob was loose and had the ole timey key lock. It could be broken into very easy. Loved the walk in shower!

Good Regarding the lighting - One switch covers all. Its seems wasteful. You either get blasted with 6 can lights going on or none. There is the bedside light. I also miss having a bed side table with light on the side I slept on. Good thing I'm not a big person because the wall side of the bed barely had enough room to get out. Two small tables on either side of the bed with perhaps wall mounted lights would make staying there a bit more comfortable.
