DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. When I moved my stuff in a little over a year ago, I was told the cost was $75 per vault. Every month I received my invoice for $75 which was paid on time. For over a year, my bill stated that I was in ONE vault. Last week, a representative called me to inform me that the entire time I have actually been using two vaults (they moved my things in and I was not informed I was in two vaults at the time of move in).
