The staff was wonderful in keeping me informed of things. The keyboard to enter the premises was hit by a car or something more than once and was damaged. It was never repaired. It worked but wires are exposed and the structure is bent so it is more difficult to enter codes. The only thing that I have to complain about is the rats in the unit. I noticed them many months ago and spoke to the manager. She gave me rat poison packets. I put about 20 of them in the unit. However, the rat infestation continued. When I recently moved out after paying every month on time, the rats ate or chewed on most everything that I had. Needless to say, most of my property is ruined.

The experience was great. The employee, was leaving early due to the holiday, but stayed to make the sale. She made sure that I got into my new unit and made sure that the new lock that I had just purchased, worked right. She also helped me get into my new unit. I did appreciate all the five star effort, and don't mind telling my family and friends about it.
