They were terrible. I paid them to put my ed back together. They put the slats in but left supports on the floor, covering it up with mattress. Bed obviously broke when I got in. And they’ve refused to cover anything. Gross, lazy negligence. I so t ever use them again.

We’re not even halfway through our move (3 hours in and counting for a one bedroom apartment) because the coordinator gave the guys the wrong information, didn’t send a truck until 1.5 hours after the original time, they have 4 guys but only 2 are actually doing anything, and we’ve completely missed our freight elevator window at our new building even though I was assured on the phone that they’d be able to make it. Hey Move-tastic, why don’t you teach your drivers about following rules of the road? And if they can’t read or see maybe they shouldn’t be driving. Purposely driving the wrong way on a one way. West Ontario St 421pm. There’s a large childcare facility on this street and tons of foot traffic.
We are highly disappointed with Move-tastic. The truck wasn't big enough for the move, despite the phone rep and the main mover confirming that the inventory was accurate. We had to make 3 more trips with our car and a friend's car to finish moving the boxes and furniture that wouldn't fit. The boxes were left in incorrect rooms despite being labeled.
