Gerald was outstanding in assisting me with getting a storage unit. He was kind and patient, showing me different units of different sizes. He explained the rental process and answered all of my questions. The facility is neat and clean, and I am very comfortable in knowing that our belongings will be safe there. Betty was incredibly helpful with my preparations for a move from Central Florida to North Florida... she went above and beyond in helping me to choose the unit (while I coordinated with my movers) as I made arrangements to have my belongings transported to the facility. Easy application process and payment procedure. Made it to the storage unit today. Easy access with the gate. Located by a stop light so can turn in easily. Mari was wonderful, helpful, and welcoming. Showed me to my unit, answered all my questions, promised to help me if I needed it later. All in all - a very good experience. The unit was clean and had traps for critters.
