The ease of renting the unit and uhaul was amazing. The ladies at the front desk were very nice as well. The only complaint is the smell of cigarettes throughout the hallways of the climate controlled units. The unit was cleaned and easy to access though.

My prayers were answered! Had been looking for a large climate controlled unit all day and this facility had only one unit available. Very easy process! Customer service representative was very nice and resourceful. She took the time to answer all my questions and gave me a tour of the facility. Facility was very clean and organized. I am truly satisfied!
