We worked with Meli at Arbor Mortgage for a year before we bought our first house. The pre-approval process was easy and she provided us with several loan/down payment/interest rate scenarios so we would have visibility to all our payment options. Highly recommended. My wife and I struggled to close the loan with the previous lender due to the incompetency and slow responsiveness of their loan officer. If you have a complicated loan this is the place to go! Andy will find a way and stick with you through to the end to get it done. We have used Andy for 3 loans and he was amazing each time. These loans were for multi-family investment properties. Highly recommend.
