The experience with Mover's USA was outstanding. First, the bank changed the settlement date 5 times. Each time, Mover's USA was very understanding and didn't try to charge any type of cancellation fee. They also followed the day before to see if things were on. On the day of the move, the staff arrived on time and began a very thorough job of covering/protecting our furniture and then loading it into their trucks. Great customer service and follow through. Movers were prompt and courteous. Everything arrived safely and the team finished ahead of schedule. Moved contents of apartment into a new home.
Excellent. Workers were very careful, local crew. Manager Jose - helpful & accommodating. A personal visit from Gil, the owner, much appreciated. Packing and moving home.
As usual, they were wonderful. No breakage, very efficient and polite. Extremely careful. Removed items from 2 10 x 20 storage units (including some packages) Drive items to new home out of state. Then unpacked and placed all items.
Arrival at 9Am, phone call beforehand to let me know what time they'd be here. Moved boxes, wrapped furniture. Did well, very communicative. Moving 2 bedroom apartment with a lot of boxes and furniture.

They were very efficient and did a great job. I don't think they damaged anything and didn't even scuff the walls. Moved my 1200 sqf apartment across town in 4 hours.
