It went very well. They arrived toward the early end of their window and got started right away. They were quick and efficient. My only complaint is that the truck wasn't quite big enough. They offered to make another trip but I declined their offer. Local move. One townhouse to another.

They did an excellent job. They showed up on time and they wrapped my TVs and everything. Nothing was broken and they did it fast. They did a move for us.

Firm had good contract documents. Was able to complete online form for estimate. Received Estimate promptly. Movers arrived promptly and were careful with all items. I only wish they had prepared a info pack for me to be more infomed about what they would and wouldn't take. I expected them not to take clothes, but I didn't realize they wouldn't take bags. I understand the risk, though there might have been a waiver for that. Moving household.
We gathered estimates from several companies and Movers USA turned out to be the cheapest option of the groups we contacted. The estimate provided by Movers USA was almost $400 less than the next lowest estimate and $700 less than the top estimate we were provided. Movers USA estimated a 6 hour job for the move, others varied from 6.5 to 8 hours. We were provided a start time between 8 and 10am.
