unknown They packed and moved us. They arrived at 8am and didn't finish up until 10pm. They worked very hard, were very polite and very careful. Nothing was broken and everything was set up in our new house to our satisfaction. We had a great experience with this company and would recommend them highly!

About a month before our move, we contacted several companies for moving estimates. Given that Movers USA was located in MD and we were in PA, they took an inventory over the phone instead of doing an in-person visit. At that time, Gil advised us that not all of our things would fit in the truck that they had available. They had similar weight and volume estimates as the other companies and those companies had not expressed a concern, so I wasn't too worried. The agent interviewed me on the phone about how much furniture we had to move and then gave us an estimate of the cost for the move. The move actually cost a few hundred dollars less than the estimate. They gave me the moving date I asked for, even though they were already full for that day. The movers arrived early in the arrival window and finished loading within the 9.5 hours they had estimated the move would take. The move went well. Gil was very responsive getting us estimates and able to reschedule our move when we had to switch dates. The four guys showed up on time, packed everything and got us moved in approximately 7 hours. They were professional and courteous. We would definitely use this company again. Packed and moved a two bedroom condo from DC to VA

Crew was on time and very professional and efficient from beginning to end. They were a pleasure to work with, as were our salesman. Informative and worked diligently to make a stressful time much easier. We hope it goes this well when our things are delivered in California! Salesman, Jim (?), walked through estimate via phone multiple times; coordinator, Ray, called the day prior to move to finalize details. 3 movers (lead = Christian), packed furniture and moved boxes.

Came at 8:30 am and picked up and moved items. Picked up washer dryer and delivered at new home. Moved from apartment to new home. Picked up washer/dryer from another location.

Excellent, friendly, competent. On time, respectful, careful not to damage furniture and newly painted walls, very hard working. Especially with extra heavy solid wood furniture! Moved from 3 level, 3 br townhome to 2 level single family. Move was short distance < 5 miles.
