Their price was the lowest of the 3 quotes I got and included a small fee for storage for 1 month (I didn't have a delivery address right away). They were on time and sent 4 gentlemen to pack all the furniture. They worked pretty efficiently and were done in about 4 hours. Jim & Sarah were very responsive via email and phone when I had questions during the move. I moved my 10 person office desks, cubicles, and chairs from Tyson's Corner to Merrifield. I called and got a quote in writing for the move. They game me a move date. Showed up on time and performed the work in the time stated. I am very happy wit the service and will use them when I move again. Excellent pre-move customer service from Jim. I have forgotten the name of the moving supervisor, but he also provided excellent customer service. They were scheduled to arrive between 8 and 10 am, and the 22ft truck with 5 menpulled up precisely at 8am. The truck was impressively clean too. The team worked effectively and quickly emptied the house, including a piano and several large pieces of furniture from the basement up narrow stairway.
