Whole process ran very smoothly. Mover called the day before move with approximate time range. Day of move, workmen showed up on time and worked efficiently and quickly. They were exceptionally courteous and helpful. Timing was important as we were coordinating the move of an elderly person. The office was very easy to work with in scheduling the move. These guys are great! When we called to inquire about the move, Megan was extremely pleasant and helpful. That's why we initially chose Movers USA over the other Grade A providers we called. On the day of the move. Alberto called us when he and his crew were on the way. They couldn't have been more polite and conscientious. They carefully disassembled everything that required dis-assembly, wrapped everything in in moving blankets and carefully loaded it into the truck. It went great. Moves showed up promptly. Job got done fast and well. Moving locally home to home.
Crew arrived on time, good communication, knew how to perform job well and quickly. Moving boxes and household items.
They were on time, disassembled, and wrapped furniture, then unwrapped and assembled furniture in the new place. The whole process took 5 hours, including half an hour commute from the old place to the new place. Although Sarah gave me some discounts and honored Angie's List member discount, I still found the price a little high, but I was happy with the service I received.
