Jim, our salesman, suggested breaking it into two moves and it worked well. They packed a lot of the contents and did a great job. Nothing has been lost. They came promptly, worked hard, and stayed until the packing was finished. Sometimes putting in 14 hour days with additional staff help. You could tell the men had been working together for some time and they really performed as a team. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. This was a huge whole household move.
Service through phone contact was prompt and very professional. Their quote was just too high for the job to be performed, especially when I got an Angie's deal. I received a quote from Movers USA. All of my contacts were prompt and very courteous. I chose another provider because Angie's list had a deal from another A listed provider that was more than half the cost of this provider.

Everything was great. The four guys were clearly experienced and expertly wrapped, protected and loaded our stuff. We were impressed with how careful they were with everything. We were also pleased that they showed up early and got right to work. We had underestimated the amount of boxes we would have by fifty or so and this problem did not dramatically increase the price or phase the workmen who arrived. From the quote to final move in, Movers USA did an outstanding job with our local full house move. Their quote came in well below two other quotes that we received. Luis (believe I have the name correct) and his packing/moving crew were very professional, polite, and efficient. They did an excellent job in ensuring all of our household belongings were taken care of and were accounted for. I highly recommend Movers USA for anyone looking for moving services in the MD area.
