Exceptional
Excellent location, concept, and staff. Small rooms, and not the most comfortable bedding. The pillows weren't great, the room was very very small, and the bedding was quite light and flimsy. The elevators take a long time at different periods. The staff were really friendly, the bar area and the set up with credit to use each day, and the location were all brilliant. The room was very clean, and it was good there was a safe.

Pleasant The shower took so long to heat up. We couldn’t turn the mirror light off to go to sleep even with sleep mode (this could have been us not being able to figure it out but we tried everything). Having to pay destination fee, being told we could use at the bar but bar being closed one of the nights. Like why do people have to pay this extra fee that they don’t get back or if they don’t want to use at the bar? Very loud people in hallways, no soundproofing at all.
