Good stay with excellent service at the Moxy Excellent check-in service! The young woman checking us in (Lisa?) was professional and personable. Fun lobby area with bar and numerous activities for all ages. The bar staff/doubling as service workers for the restaurant did their best but were understaffed during breakfast. Room did not have a shower handle. Location of the hotel was perfect for viewing the 911 Memorial, Wall Street, and the Brooklyn Bridge.

Friendly staff cool vibe Check in staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered!! Great atmosphere, fun things to do for the kids. Small room for a family of 4. No closet or drawers. But it's NYC, so expected. Would definitely stay here again!
