I had a flat tire with a fairly new Michelin tire. I took it in to HONDA FT WORTH and with my MPP insurance they were able to replace it, with no extra charge to me. I was extremely satisfied!

The dealership’s system was down and they couldn’t generate the normal paperwork. MPP went above by figuring out an alternative way to still get my claim paid and the dealership handed me my keys instead of me handing them $169 for the service! Thank you MPP!
Great experience I knew that I had purchased the warranty and when I called the dealership about it before they told me that I didn't have the service and I had to pay out pocket for my oil change. When I called back for the next service I was told that I do have image warranty. It's unfortunate that the dealership did me wrong the first time but I'm happy with the service of MPP... Great job
