Carlos was the electrician and did an excellent job. We wanted to have a ceiling fan repaired. After he looked at it, he said he could do it, but could not not warrant the work, very up front and honest. So we just replaced the fan and he installed. He also repaired a fluorescent light fixture, converted it to an LED, and did a great job. After it was repaired, he turned on a matching fixture in the kitchen and saw that it turned on very slowly, he repaired it similarly at no additional cost. Great customer service. Phil came and installed LED fluorescent ceiling lighting in our garage and in our house throughout. He also changed out three light switches and installed a surge protector on both of our fuse boxes. He was very polite, thorough and competent. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful. She made sure she understood what we needed and that someone was on their way to our house within a couple hours. Mr Electric was very professional and pleasant. I've had contractors that weren't too Pleasant and even and even argue with me on what I wanted. Mr Electric did excellent!! Work. After calling different companies for quotes I was very surprised that Mr Electric quote. His quote was half the price of some of the others. I definitely recommend him for your electrical work.
The service representative solved our problem quickly and efficiently. He diagnosed the problem and corrected it.
