Hired Mr Electric of Dallas. New Employee was sent out. Had a few problems. Innocent mistakes. One was a computer problem. I rated them poorly. Owner made contact with me. Wanted to know what happened. Sent a different Tec out. Corrected the honest mistakes, and educated me on other problems from the Exhaust Fan install. Sincere people. Totally redeemed themselves with me. I will be using them on other projects. If the Employees are anything like the Owner, I trust them with my home and my wallet.
