I needed a couple of light fixtures replaced and a ceiling fan replaced. Mike Rogers was the service rep, and he did a great job. He even took the time to clean up the debris from the project. I also needed some light bulbs replaced and he took care of that also. I just really appreciate the help. At 81 yrs. old I can't climb on ladders anymore, so, it was great to have someone who could reach the light fixtures to change the bulbs. Yes, it was done. They also provided a bud to update my electric panel to code that was very reasonable. Will follow up at a later date.
The electrician came out quickly, diagnosed the problem, offered solutions, and fixed it the same day. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

Mr Electric answered my call and within the same morning a Mr Electric technician arrived. Skylar already had familiarity with the problem as related to him by the efficient team member that took my call. I affirmed the issue at hand and he went right to work pinpointing the problem and patiently explaining correction options and pricing of which he gave me two options to consider. Skylar explained clearly the options and time frame for completing repairs. He went right to work and the electrical resolved resolved.
