Service was excellent although I think the price was a little high.
The technician was very friendly and offered recommendations for our considerations and pointed out problems and potential dangerous issues that needed to be addressed. Javier was very friendly and courteous and completed all work promptly and professionally. Excellent experience.
First off they gave me an estimate I could live with. This was a simple switch of a hinging light fixture over a counter trop. The tricky part was I have 19 foot ceilings. The installed arrived on time, evaluated the job, got the right ladder, made the switch and was done without breaking anything. Will be the 1st company I call on my next project.
The electrician was patient in explaining what he was doing as he went along, and even when he found an additional problem, didn't skirt around how much it would cost to fix. He made sure the problem area was working before he left, and was highly knowledgeable about everything we asked.
