For the most part, my wife and I feel that the whole fence experience has been nothing but subpar. We truly want to have a positive outlook on the situation, but it is hard to at this point. We chose Mr Fence due to it being the largest in the tri-state and we like to support local businesses. Not only did they get our business, but two other neighbors got fences installed by Mr Fence within 2 months of ours because of us saying who installed ours. my fence they installed looks terrible, they wont even come look at it, they are very expensive, use poor quality materials and do not stand by there work.
Dan is completely unethical and does not hold true to his word. When he first came to my home I had to sit and Listen to all of his Stories about his house in Jackson and sleeping issues. The problem was because he wasn’t paying attention he ended up visually explaining what the project would look like and wasn’t paying attention when he was looking at the house plans.
