My experience with MRA has far exceeded my expectations. I could not be more pleased with the work MRA has provided our hospital. From day one, communication with MRA has been top notch. We have never had any issues with contacting our account manager and CTR's. They are always quick to respond and can always reach them when needed. They are always willing to go above and beyond in meeting our needs. Always friendly and responds quickly to emails. Assisted in keeping our DNFB under control.

MRA has met our service expectations to-date. We have been able to incorporate their staff into our system so that our needs can be met in a timely manner. Suzanne N. has been keeping management posted regarding any needs/barriers, and has been meeting with staff regularly to facilitate our employee training and their abstraction services. We are just beginning this work, and have a timeline to complete by the end of this CY.
