RecommendedSo happy that I was referred, I will be referring everyone that I know. The entire staff has been great, even when I just want to stop in and do some training with my newly adopted boy Triton.
Great when/if you can get in. Availability for even quick things need to be booked A MONTH in advance, even though the calendar only goes out 30 days. Great experience when we're there, but it seems like they took on way too many new clients and can't keep up. Disappointing; will be seeking a new vet after multiple years of being a client.
If you love your pet, don't come here! This is like taking your kid to an urgent care center.....they never see the same doctor twice, one doctor doesn't know what the other doctor is doing. On a personal note, we were having incontinence issues with our female. Tried one med, didn't work, tried another one, didn't work. The next step would be to adjust the dosage and/or do a combination med. I had to do all the research myself BEFORE I even called them for an appointment.
