Overall, the staff was great. The doctors explained everything and easy to make appointments and easy to change your appointments but the cleanliness of the facility is not so great. They need someone to come in overnight and clean the floors,bathroom and the exam room, too much dust in facilityĀ

The facility at Randallstown needs an upgrade, they over schedule customers for the same time sometimes, front office clerk Joshua needs an attitude adjustment he/she/they/them unprofessional! The office at the back needs extra help it is too much work for therapy assistant Russel who does a great job! More hands on therapy is needed by the chiropractor, Rittenhouse. A water fountain is also needed.Ā
