I saw Doctor Balass for a skin condition that I have. Not only did she take the time to listen to me with compassion, understanding, and empathy, but she also followed up with me the next day with another treatment for my skin condition. She was thinking of me because she was worried she wasn’t able to assist me the way she would have wanted to during my clinic visit. I’m very particular about who I see as a doctor.
