I know the personnel at Murfreesboro Hyundai are dealing with a mess because of the construction of the new building. So I would like to say that I was very pleased with the service I received during my visit concerning a couple of recalls on my Santa Cruz. The employees I dealt with were really busy but did a great job in any case.
My service writer, Brooke, is awesome! He personal is worth the drive and the wait!

The friendly folks there have never failed to receive top marks in every category, with the highest level of technical expertise, prompt and courteous, honest and complete communication, and more. We very highly recommend them.

I scheduled an appointment for recall because they said they had to order the part. At my appointment time I got there and then my car was not taken back for an hour and a half. Then they told me they didnt have the part? Then after another 30 minutes they said they do have the part?? I also had my oil changed and tires rotated. When I got back Im my car my tires were low air pressure. Just disappointed and hope next time is better.
