.....very easy to work with....up front careful to be understood
Had noise in front endthey diagnosed it & fixed it the same day. Replaced my front struts, stabilizer links, and also changed my oil. Very happy with the service, atmosphere, and employees. Will return here for my next service!
The service was first class! They were timely, Courteous and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be taking my car back for additional channel service when needed!!

Had the new van shining up just right!
A warning light on my dash came on and my car started shaking. I called a dealer and the first appointment they had was 10 days away. I called Murphy and they saw me that day and 90 minutes later it was fixed and for a good price.
I don't know how long a car inspection is supposed to take, but I had an appointment and it still took 30 minutes.

Thank you for your review. The vehicle inspection does require the vehicle to be connected to the state computer. It also must be lifted and inspected for safety issues. For these reasons, the average time for the North Carolina State Inspection is 30 minutes.
Went the week before to get service was booked up. I scheduled for service next week they were ready on time and got it done when I expected.
