We do not wish to get these surveys every time we call for service. we do not have the time to deal with all of this. We have notified your office that we have been most satisfied with your services to date. This should be enough info on this matter. However, we are a bit disappointed that in the middle of our heater crisis, our credit reputation was questioned and we were told to pay the whole balance of $414.00 when the service man arrives.
