We renovated our old farm house and decided to add a propane fireplace. Naturally, we didnt get around hooking it up until the week before Christmas (yup, that means guests are coming). So, fingers crossed, I called Murray-Heutz and a real person answered and said she would check on the install schedule. Dave has services this boiler for going on 5 years now. I ask for him by name every year. He has always do an excellent job. Dave very knowledgeable and has always addressed any of my concerns. Good man, Good Job, Good service.
We have been with this company since 1996 and have always been treated fairly. They are professional in a friendly way and know their jobs to the fullest. We have always been totally satisfied whenever they have serviced our furnace. Christmas 2018, we woke up to a cold house - called Murray and in a short period of time the furnace provided heat again. You can always count on Murray-Hertz!
Dave was prompt and efficient... which is much better than the office which ignored a previous service request.
