Mixed reviews for this company and will not use again. I chose the company because they included shuttles in the estimate. They said that other companies would not include shuttles, then would overcharge. My driver only used one shuttle, so I ended up paying $900 for nothing. The client pays whether drivers need the shuttles or not. I thought the company was being transparent and fair, but they ended up overcharging me. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a nightmare! They completely failed to deliver on time, and to make matters worse, they only delivered half of my belongings. *** moved across country 3 times and this by far has been the worst experience Ive ever had. Lack of communication has been the worst part of the experience. They almost never responded to our calls, texts or emails. A week before pickup, we received an email saying our pick up window was pushed back by a week. WALK AWAY. UNETHICAL BUSINESS.This company will quote your move over the phone at a super cheap price to get you to say yes. Once they are awarded the job, let the games begin... After doing a lot of research,I felt that they were a good company to hire for a long distance move from ******* to **********,**. ***** came to my condo and we went over everything and I felt it was a fair price. They loaded on Monday February 19 th and was told the delivery date would be between February 26 and March 1 st. We had an awful experience with this company and I do not recommend them. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.We were originally quoted a maximum of $3500 by *****. After the move was completed, we were asked to pay $6000.While the move was in progress, the employees stole fine jewelry from our home (wedding ring and a necklace). Updated Review - After finally getting back to me, (i emailed for my inventory list 12/19/23 and after a couple of phone calls and emails asking for it, i finally got this response 1/4/24 - "After going back and forth with our operations team and moving team in-charge of your move, it was found out that your inventory list was not uploaded to the system by the driver. Muscular Moving Men & Storage was referred to me by a local mover that couldn't work with our schedule. I called and talked to a very personable salesman. We verbally agreed to use them and he asked for a $200 deposit which I gave him on a credit card. When we received their terms, I noticed that they wanted a Bank payment upon loading our furniture. Muscular Moving Men was recommended to us. However, I would not use them again, nor would I refer anyone to them.*****************, the manager/coordinator was pleasant, gave us a bid albiet on the high side, acceptable.
