Communication was not excellent - my husband had to call repeatedly to ask about status etc. We were then approved and finally put an offer on the house, paid due diligence, and then Ray said he could only approve us with what was discussed if we switched our bank and business accounts/ loans over to Towne bank - which was never a stipulation before.
