Ray was very helpful throughout the process and his wealth of knowledge helped move us through this process so easy. Highly recommend!!! My only issue was a processor who never returned my calls or emails. She would email me asking for a document but when I called to ask questions, she never answered or returned my call. I would also email her what she needed but no reply that she got it. Clients like some type of follow up to know you have the documents needed especially when personal info is being shared.
