Mr. Livingston made my home refinance experience easy and pleasant. I dropped Wells Fargo due to Omaha Mutual and Mr Livingston giving me a better deal. Wells Fargo was definitely screwing us over, even after being their costumers for 5 years. I would recommend Mr. Livingston and his team any day of the way.
