Max was very responsive and went the extra mile to get me the best rate on a mortgage for a vacation home. I liked knowing I could call or text Max any time and he would pick up or respond very promptly. When another lender came in with an attractive offer he was able to beat it. Max was very honest and professional, and I will be calling him soon to ask about refinancing my mortgage on my primary residence.
