Overall I'm happy with FIB, but it showed that everyone is incredibly busy right now handling the increased volume of refinances. Definitely wasn't the same experience as my last refinance.

This was my 2nd refinance with First Internet Bank and the process was always very easy downloading documents and being able to ask questions along the way. Final close was about 4 weeks from the start.
