In short, he was efficient and my B.S. meter never went off. When I shopped around I quickly learned that everyone would exaggerate or lie to try and get me to refinance with their company. Chris was straightforward from the start. As negative as it may sound, Chris made it seem like he would like my business but wasn't desperate for it or really even needed it.
