From my experience, I don't not feel like there was enough communication. As a first time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and some were not addressed.

Responsiveness to questions. And Tom's patience as we navigated the closing process for thr first time in 35 years. The only downside was that a few times, someone from the office sent us an email requesting information/data that had already been provided.
