Mark was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive throughout the entire home buying process. We were relying on the proceeds from the sale of another home for the down payment on the home we financed through Fountain Mortgage. Despite a number of frustrating delays related to the sale of that home (which Fountain Mortgage was not involved with), Mark was able to hold our rate and ensure we closed as quickly as possible following the receipt of the funds needed for our purchase. Above and beyond is the best description of Mark. It took awhile for my husband and I to find the right home and every home I sent him he would run the numbers for us, take my calls even when it was late in the evening, he ALWAYS responded and throughly answered our questions which says a lot.
