Mark was competent from the get go, and transparent in all his communications. I had suffered through a refinance application with a big bank lender that held my mortgage. He and Matt processed us in 13 days. It was the best service I have ever received from a mortgage lender. First class in every way. They made borrowing money fun and done. That should be their motto.
