I was really pleased with the timeliness and flow of communication along with the guidance Jake Longhta offered. The process was friendly and professional and all my questions were answered. The documentation process is daunting but Jake and Kellen Easley were very helpful.

The process was simple, Mark worked with us quickly to get everything going and, once we got our documents in, the process was smooth with Matt, our file setup coordinator. They were both quick to follow up and answer any and all questions when we had them. If you don't mind doing a little bit of the legwork getting the info to them, it's well worth it.

Due to some complications to the loan for our investment property, Mark had to go out his to help to get the loan approved and refinance as promise. We really appreciate for the hard works that put into securing our loan.

Amanda Park was an absolute star throughout the entire refinance process for our home. I put my info into one of those online platforms where multiple mortgage brokers call you, leaving very vague and generic messages, to discuss your refinance. Amanda was one of those people; what set her apart is that she called and left a personalized voicemail AND she emailed me all of the initial estimate information - this is all prior to doing the hard credit check.
