Jake did his best juggling multiple deals. He communicated as best as he could given we were solely on the phone. I appreciated the call backs. The one thing I will say, try and communicate a little bit better with your counterparts. There were a few times I had to send forms multiple times. Not a deal breaker. Just a spot for improvement. Still a good experience.
