This was my second loan with Ryan. Invading Russia in winter is always a bad idea. The antithesis of this is talking to Ryan about a mortgage. I called him on like 4 January and closed in the last week of January. I did a VA refi, so no inspection, but still....the mortgage turnaround was redonk. And due to special rates, sales or *.sciencereasons, the cash back we got paid for closing costs so our only out of pocket was the escrow funding which we'll get back in 30 days from the old lender.
