Kim worked with me when I originally bought the house 3 yrs ago. It was her professionalism and patience that brought me back to using her with for my refinancing. She was not working with FMD when I was first introduced to her. I live in Washington State. I could have gone to anyone around here. I went with Kim because I wanted a smooth transaction. She sold herself to me 3yrs ago. I trust her and will use her again.

I was originally offered a 3% rate and it was floated down to 2.875%. I was not charged any origination fees. April was very responsive to my requests.

I worked with Jake Longhta throughout my loan process and everything went perfect. I initially started with 2 other mortgage lending companies that were terrible. The other mortage companies took up most of my escrow days only to tell me false information about VA requirements and why they couldnt proceed. I called Jake at FMD and he assured me they would have no issues closing and made it happen. Would definitely recommend.

You can’t go wrong with Jeff! I have known and been working with Jeff for over 15 years now. I have known him to be only honest and upfront. I ALWAYS tell him he has to compete on terms. MOO did a fine job with our closing. We actually had 2 running consecutively- a refi and a new home purchase. It wasn't cut and dry and it wasn't simple, but our agent, Eric Campbell kept it all straight and was very helpful.
