The customer service Robert gives is simply excellent. Very responsive, communicates clearly, best customer service I've ever seen from a lender in the many houses I've bought and sold. I got the impression that they actually valued me and wanted my loan (which is not common). NBKC was very easy to work with. Rob was amazing. Even my realtor was completely amazed with Robs timeliness to any and all questions we asked. No matter if it was a Sunday or a holiday, banker hours never applied to Rob.
